A lot of users will use their second nest to hatch Water dragons during the World Events to collect the parts needed (in this case "tickets"). The hatched dragon is sold right out of the nest and the process is repeated.
The advantage of the Water dragon is that it's a 12-hour incubation. You could use the Air dragon but it has a 2-hour incubation - so you'll be constantly having to stay on top of the timing to maximize the number of tickets you collect. The 12-hour incubation for the Water dragon makes it more of "set it and forget it" strategy - you can maximize ticket collection and only have to check your game twice a day.
You could also use the Light dragon - it has a 9-hour incubation but it costs substantially more than a Water dragon - you would burn through a lot of coins using the Light dragon for a hatch and sell strategy.

I let the incubation time of the bred dragon in my nest determine what dragon egg I buy. 12 hour water, 9 hour light or 2 hour air. That way I can maximize my nests AND continue to breed......

Ive been out of the loop.. didn't even realize a 7th farm was available for me!
Yepnot too long tho... Just over a week ago they gave us all a 7th farm. So... 140x14 1960 from farming 8x14 112 from questing 12-24x14 168-336 from eggs.. Leaves us with 2240-2408 by the end. Our last single person dragon is 2300! So... The bare minimum to get this guy we need 164 a day...

I dont think we can get Acrobat dragon.
Why not? We've completed the other two World Events. And now some people have more farms, and more people have secondary accounts, extra nests, etc. I think we'll be fine.
Back after ~2 years off from games.
