It needs to be hatched for first egg need burning ember and large diamond both rare drops from Desert Sands adventure and diamond from deep mines. If second dragon egg just needs Burning Ember to hatch in Forge.

Then to incubate the egg in the forge after that you will need:
1 - dragon egg - rare drop from Forgotten Roost
1 - burning ember - rare drop from Desert Sands Adventure
10 - Lumin Essence
You should have a quest that showed up when you collected the egg from the forgotten roost, info in this post:
