War Ends in Never!

Please help us. We had just 3 hours left in our war when the timer was reset to 12 hours. Before this happened we were having that problem with the ' no connection' notice. Also while I couldn't get into the game because of the fake notice, I was attacked and lost crowns. We have spent so much time on this war. It's not fair to reset the timer.

Is resetting the war timer a new ***** or bug? We were ahead in a war when the timer reset giving the 2nd place hours more to assault and take the lead. The war is still going on, well 15 hours after I started it.

Are you suggesting taking a screenshot of the timer resetting? I'm not sure I understand how to do that without a time machine.

Can you please take a screenshot of the Alliance War menu when your war begins, and then take a screenshot if the timer resets?
