Norman never highlighted ANYTHING about double posting in the contest rules, so, I'm assuming it's allowed. As long as you're not spamming, its fair... And the contest is based on CHANCE. The more posts you make and the more spreaded they are, the better chance you have. Pretty common sense :/
The thread clearly says "post a picture", u r the one who dosent have common sense, these guys/girls are taking advantage, i bet u r one of them!! and learn to read!!!
If double posting is really that unacceptable, he has the responsibility as the contest host to disable the ability for each IP address to post more than once. But? He didn't. So? We're allowed to do that. I'm pretty sure Norman know what he's doing..

Norman has said in another thread that duplicate posts will not be counted. So if the duplicate post was #13 and the number that TL chose was 13, then it would actually be #14 that wins, because #13 (the duplicate post) is ignored. It says post a picture, not post pictures... However, everybody just post once, why do they do that? because they dont have time to post some more pics??? nope... it is because everybody has to have the same chances, if everybody could post as many pictures as he/she wants, that would be crazy dont u think??

once".
