    My opponent left and I lost my tickets

    I started a game with an opponent, but the opponent left before taking a single shot. He/she was supposed to break. When the timer ran out, I got a message saying "waiting for opponent". Well, I waited and waited and nothing happened, so I had to forfeit the game. I lost 8 tickets and didn't get to play. Anyway to get my tickets refunded?

    To add to this, you might try waiting up to 1 minute before leaving the game. This should force your opponent to timeout and give you the win. Sorry about this!
