Gold empty after been attack!!!

Could someone explain to me expecially Developer!!! Currently i've been attacked twice. i lost all my golds to zero? No matter how much i have in the banks, 1mil or 400k golds. All gone when I open up KC although i win the attacked!!! Is this normal or abnormal???

Players can still loot your resources even if they lose the battle if they are specifically targeting your resource buildings. Many players actually utilize this strategy to loot resources instead of Crowns.

Thank you for the reply. Yes i do understand if they targetting our resources and loots and not aiming to win the battle. How do u count the percentage offered from the bank? Let's say i have 1M savings, are u going to offer 100% of my savings to opponent? In my case they didn't win and they not even attack my bank vault only a few market damage. Can my savings goes zero? Maybe u can review the battle i had 9 hours ago. waiting for your kind reply..ty
