Tournament versus regular game

Anyone notice that the numbers called in the tournament occur less frequently on the cards than in the regular game?

I play the tournament every day with 8 cards each round. I also play with 8 cards in the regular game. I have always noticed that the numbers that are called in the tournament result in much fewer daubs than in the regular game. In theory, each called number should result in about 2.6 daubs over 8 cards, but I feel I get less than this in the tournament and more than this in the regular game. Are they both rigged?

I know exactly what you mean. In the regular game each number called appears on at least 5-6 cards. But in the tournament each number called will only be on 1 or 2 cards. In my opinion, the tournaments have gotta be rigged only so people will pay real money to try to get a better score.
