Level 11?

I keep on getting push notifications that I have a new case to solve, but when I go to the app all of my previous solved cases have to download and case 11 hasn't posted yet. Any word when case 11 will be ready? And any idea why I'm getting the notifications about a new case that hasn't posted yet. I think I have the most up to date version. I think it's 1.3.1. Thank you

Case 11 should be coming out soon! Usually, the new case notifications should only display when a case has been released. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the notification so that we can take a look at it? Thanks!

I can play the scenes in case 11, but there is no story line, conversations, clues or forensics.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if this fixes the issue? Please let us know!
