Nearly a whole day to play again?!

Do I seriously have to wait nearly a whole day to play again? I played 5 games this morning and was left with 5 tickets which I can't use as it costs 7 to play a game. Upon going back an hour later thinking I could at least play a couple more games the counter was saying over 17 hours??? If this is really how this game is going to pan out then it won't be holding my attention long term!! Shame as I was quite getting into it! xx
