    Question about in-app purchase

    I purchased gems yesterday but haven't received them yet. Am I supposed to get them after my payment clears or was there possibly an error? Thanks in advance!

    You should normally see the gems immediately, but sometimes there can be delays.

    1. Try restarting your device.
    2. Try deleting and redownloading the game.

    If they are still missing, send an email to support@teamlava.com along with a copy of your iTunes receipt showing proof of purchase .
