Dear Paul,
Thank you very much for your quickest and kindest message. I, though, think I did tap the butler, which is why I can pick up the roses. And which is how I have got tens of those gem recipes for years.
Actually I have just picked up the tenth red rose and somehow the rose bubbly recipe has still been locked. I would be so very happy if you would fix this trouble in time for me to serve the rose drink and get the reward. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, thanks for posting your info. For missing prizes you need to log a ticket with Support. If you can provide those screen shots in your ticket they should be able to help you further.
