I also got a value pack w Avatar, food and kissing Dragon sculpture for $14.99!
I always have the Dragons they offer me!
I need a DIY value pack, where I choose the Dragon I NEED, and food, gold or other items to go with it!!
Does this mean that I won't get Wisp Dragon?

i don't think you understood what he meant. having avatar in a value pack is something positive.

This happened with Viking lower level players are offered the dragon in value pack, higher levels will get a dragon they might already have (avatar) but the new dragon (in this case, wisp) will be offered in a mini tournament.
