Can't earn daily tickets

Good morning, I have to report an issue with Bingo's app.
Once every 20 hours I can't earn the "daily" tickets, even if the game tell me I can take them. When I "click" on relative button they aren't added to my total and I have to wait 20 hours before collect them.
I have a good internet connection and this kind of issue happens regularly.
Why this happen? How can I solve this issue?

We checked this out and there seems to be no issues.

- Did you experience any error message or crash when collecting the Daily? Can you provide us a screenshot of the message?
- Have you tried force closing the app before starting Bingo to collect the Daily?

This is the strange..any message appear when I collect the Daily or crash.
It looks like I collect the Daily, but tickets aren't added to my account that remains ever the lasts I had when I closed the game.

I have to try to force close app before collect the Daily, when I've tried I post what happens.
