Where do you get these? And what's a harvest? Please ty
They can drop when you collect your grown glimmerbulbs (harvest them). They can also drop from Ivy's hut, magic garden and possibly the goddess tree (not sure on the last one). Your best bet is the glimmerbulbs.
I get one pack on a fairly regular basis when collecting from the Fairie Respite.
