Two balls stuck together

Had an interesting thing happen today. After breaking I commenced sinking my balls (solids), two balls remaining but they were superimposed on top of each other and no matter how I played it was as if they were stuck and the white ball just ricocheted off them. My opponent realised what has happened and just played with me hitting his ball without sinking, knowing I could not do anything about it. So after a few minutes of this I decided to sink the 8 ball and lose.
Not sure if this is a new problem or not.

Any body experience this.

We'll check this out. Do you know if this happened when using the power boost?

We've seen this happen before, but it was on a break. We're currently investigating the issue. From your original post, we're not sure if this occurred then or later during the game. Can you clarify that? Thanks!
