    Started a game, gave me no internet connection message, then stole my tickets without

    letting me play my game. I'm out 21 tickets now. Is there a way to contact support and get them back? Thanks!

    It seems like you experienced a Sync Error. This happens when our servers and your device have trouble communicating. Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection before playing. If you need further assistance, please send an email to support@sharkparty.com

    Same thing happened to me multiply times while I was connected to home wifi and happened as well when I wasn't connected to wifi but still had good reception!! So annoying especially when you haven't got enough tickets after that to play a game!
