I collected from my manticore and the +1 mysterious venom thing showed up before the item actually dropped out then I collected it and I saw the +1 thing again.
I then looked in my inventory and I had 2 mysterious venom more than I had before.

How incredibly mysterious! It appears that you may have experienced a Sync error and received +2 Mysterious Venom instead of +1 Mysterious Venom. The Manticore should only drop +1 Mysterious Venom.
The strange thing is that I got the first one before the item image actually popped out

Similar issue happened today: I was fighting a dire boar and I ****ed him and the +1 boar tusks popped out and then the image dropped and when I clicked it said again +1 boar tusks (this time I only got one tusk)
