Sometimes when you open the side shop and click on a + symbol to add an item to sell... The window opens all the way to the right almost completely off the screen. You have to force quit to get out of it thus losing anything that has not already synced...

I've had to force close twice since the new water garden update as the screen has frozen when I have tried to put an item up for sale.

I have a similar problem, the shop just completely disappeared when I press the '+' to add an item to sell. The shop appeared to have become 'transparent'? This problem only appeared after I updated FS2 on iPad yesterday. Can it be fixed soon?
I have not had this these problems but I am on a iPhone 5s.
Try deleting and redownloading the game.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still occassionally having the problem. Playing on iPad air.
It happens when I am in the shop and tap on a free slot to put an item up for sale - the screen freezes and the shop disappears over to the right.
I'm having the same problem with adding items for sale in shop. I'm on iPhone
Actually I can no longer place items for sale in my shop due to this bug so I will have to take a break from playing till this bug is fixed,
Deleted, reinstalled, still doing it.
Not fixed!
The worst thing about this bug is if you collect from your sold items and go to sell a new item, and it freezes as it does a lot, you may lose the coins collected recently because it did not sync... And you have to force quit to get out...
And if you email tl tech support their response is they can do nothing when sync issues are involved.
