Can't send gift- help!

Hi! I have a problem, I can't send any gifts. If I try, I have an information that I have already sent a gift even whan it's not true. I think that because of that I don't get them also. I can send map, when I'm asked, but nothing more. What can I do?

There are gifting limits for each day. You can only send up to 3 Gold per day and you can only accept up to 20 Gold per day. If you have accepted your limit, you can not accept more. If you attempt to send it to a neighbor who has already accepted the maximum, they will not be able to receive it.
