Why does the wax in train order not having XP's ?

Why does the wax in train order not having XP's ? I need 27!!!! waxes and no XP ? That is strange, it's difficult to have them so why don't get a reward ? That seems starnge to me. Can you fix it TL ? Or is it so ?

You should be getting XP for loading those items onto your train. Can you please send us a screenshot?

Wax order with no XP

I just sent off a train that had 0 XP for 28 logs (not the first time it has happened either)

Yeah the 28 logs is ridiculous. 28 saws would be needed and those are not plentiful.
