transfert from iphone to an other

i got a crashed of my iphone, and i want to recover my restaurant to a new iphone! can't restore from Itune , always 28 error (hardware error)
i can't know th UDID from crashed Iphone for transfering restaurant and so on ...

is an other method to recover my restaurant and get it on new cell phone ? please
