No, havent got issues at all lately. Maybe you used too many blue dragons for breeding

Level 99 with 154/272 dragons (excluding multiples)
Diamond, Quetzal, Infinity, Crusader, Dark Angel, Mercury and 1 (bought) Unicorn
all diamonds are bred unless specified bought w gold.

You should see it the sky above and to the right of your main island. I assume you have force closed your game and restarted it?
Yeah, I did all the standard troubleshooting.
But my issue seemed to resolve itself as once I levelled up to 31, the battle arena appeared. Not sure why but at least it's there now :-)

The minimum level the battle arena is level 30. (You may have to restart your game or device to get the arena)
The minimum level for the Battle Tournaments is level 32.
