Can't attack troll

A troll has appeared in my kingdom, and despite having plenty of energy, I can't attack it. Can't even get the combat menu to pop up. .???

You'll need to tap on an area of the troll that appears inside the area that you've expanded to. For example, if the Glimmer Troll's head or the stick he's holding appears inside of your expanded area, you can tap that to fight it. Tapping areas of the Beast that are out of bound will not prompt the fight.

Aware of how to attack ... But tapping directly on the troll wouldn't work for a good three hours. Seems the bug was fixed ... Just annoying to have a chunk of my board unavailable during the time.

We took a look at your account and the Glimmer Troll was just on the edge of your expanded area, so that the majority of his body was not in the area you currently have access to. However, we noticed that the stick he was carrying was within the area that you had expanded to. If you experience this again, try first tapping on the area of the Glimmer Troll that is within your expanded area.

If you have big fingers, do what I do. Use a stylus to tap the little area.

I'm having a similar issue. But there's nothing on my troll, except his cloud, that's in my playable area. My ID is Sunshinydays.

Try restarting your device. If he is still there, then there is a very small part within the boundaries. Try using a stylus to click around on him.
