I played a few games this morning and had just leveled up to Level 47 and collected the bonus of 20 tickets when I decided to take a break. Because I have suspected that I've lost tickets in the past, I took a screen shot before closing.

When I reopened the game I found that the 20 tickets were missing, although it shows that I am on Level 47.

How do I recover my lost tickets? Please help! Thank you.
