    Unhappy Please help!! Purchased gems a no show!!!

    Hi, i was wondering if someone could please help me? I purchased 250 gems in bingo and they are NOT showing up, does anyone know how i can get them?? Im not impressed, as i paid money for these. Thanks in advance for any help and advice. My support id is QFGT9HB

    Sometimes there may be a delay in the gems showing up.
    Try restarting your device.
    Check your iTunes account to make sure the transaction did go through.

    If they are still not showing up send a copy of your iTunes receipt to support@sharkparty.com for assistance.

    Sorry to be a pain, just wondering where do i go in my itunes account to check purchase transactions??
