Where do you get red petals

I know I once saw a post with an abc list of all items and where to get them but

Can't find that post now

Don't have gems to spend for the petals

Old logs and tufts of grass have them.

Flowers especially the valentine ones the always drop red or white petals if you have any

None of my flowers were dropping any so ill try valentine ones and old logs

I've also been using valentine's day flowers. They drop either white or red petals at about 50/50 each. Hope this helps.
