I've place my sapling and visited it. So finished with part 1.
I've started part 2 - waiting to visit my 2nd level 5 library.
The black ink was in the potion shop, right. It's no longer there for me.
The paper was in the workshop, I think, but anyway it's gone too.

Same thing happened to me this morning but now the ink and paper are back.

When I click on the yellow arrow to upgrade nothin happens? Can't upgrade what am I missing?

As for the elements looking at the quest outline in the first post the next one will be air and require moonstone. The adventure may have something to do with faeries. As the list seems to end after that one I think earth and fire will be next week.

Well, I moved on to step 2, Mail Agnes the materials, and it showed back up. Sooooo....I guess it shows back up when you get to that part.
