Energy crater disappeared!

I pulled out an energy crater today to test it as a decoration piece, when I put it back to inventory, it disappeared! I had four craters and now there is only three. can someone look into this and help me retrieve the one missing crater please?

If you're missing an Energy Crate, it was either chopped or sold. If you are at or near the max Energy, you wont lose any excess Energy above the cap. You will temporarily go over the limit, but you will not be earning any Energy until you drop below the cap.
