There's no offer in the store of castle story.
I could get coins and energy, but NO gems.
A few weeks ago, the offer was always there.

If it was a sale offer, they come and go at random periods of time. If just a straight, no discount purchase of gems, you should be able to tap your gems total at the top of the screen and an purchase screen will pop up.

Hello, I am confused & really need help.
I am on level 50 & have been for several mos. there are 2 goals showing that I have decided not to finish; What colour was Lady Finverra's lips?, and I just discovered fire. I am currently working on A Trove of Trolls. I received the carriage goal & was working on that as well as, collecting wedding supplies from the exchange. Unfortunately, my 24 hrs. Expired, which I did not realize was going to happen until it was too late. I
continued collecting with the exchange. Upon completion of the last collection the goal auto finished & put up the goal, A Job Well Done. However, I had not received the 2 wedding bells required to finish the carriage & carry on with the upgrade. Now. I have no idea where to get them & where to go from here. I also want to know why I was not made aware of the free Wedding Alicorn; therefore, not receiving it.
I had a few problems posting this, so my apologies if you receive this more than once.
