Not getting a dragon!

Is there anyway to get a dragon with out buying gems to get one? Everyone says their roost dropped the egg. I only get manticores multiples of them. I will not progress without dragon scales.

I have the egg, but no place to put it to get the scales!! I can't get the diamond or burning ember!!! And I don't have greselda walking around to ask to come to into my place!!

Now that you have the dragon egg, you should have a new quest open up.

You will need to get the burning ember to drop so you can incubate your dragon egg then you can start collecting dragon scales.(random drop from an adventure)

You will need to have dragon scales to continue on with your Gresldas quest.

Diamond you get as a random drop from the mines.
