    Cool Refill time for lightning bolts (plays)

    Me and one of my friends both have Bubble Mania on our iPhone 4's. Now I've had the game for well over a year and he has only had it for a few months. On my phone, it takes 30 minutes for me to get another lightning bolt to play the game, and we all know you can only have 5 at any one time. But on my friends phone, for some reason it takes an hour on his, not 30 minutes like it does on mine. Anyone got any idea what the deal is about this? Why? Is it a glitch? Or did the game just change it since I got it?

    Sorry for the confusion! Not all players will have access to the quicker recharge times.
