I just finish tipping all my neigbors and my star rating is 4. I close my bakery to check on my restaurant story and when I come back after just 5 minutes my star rating is now on 3 and it only half full.... What's up with that??

If you barely get to level 4, your level can drop quickly. Keep tipping after you get the level 4. The more you tip after this, the longer it takes for your level to drop down.

Why should it drop if we are visiting neighbors every day?!
I'm lvl 99 and I've been playing since July 2012. I make it a habit 2 tip all my nbrs, all 150, everyday. I just go down my list in the Social Tab and this gives me a chance 2 check their star rating. If they've dropped below 3 they automatically get deleted. The only time my 4⭐️s drop 2 a 3 is when I miss tipping for 1 day.
Look at how many restaurants u r tipping and also how quickly u get back 2 a4. u might not b tipping enough places 2 keep at a 4 star ranking.
That's my only advice.

Honestly I don't see why there's a problem of being a 3 or 2 star person
