I'm on Android and have one at Epic Form and this is the maximum level for him/her. Not sure if iOS is different? I hear talk of level 15? I thought Android had that too now, but not for Jewelry it seems. Just as well - hungry dragon to level up!

As far as I know, only iOS has the possibility of evolving to level 15.

I am reliably told Android does too in the latest version - but maybe not all dragons yet? All very confusing, this two different versions stuff. I'm having terrible trouble with the gold gifting and when us players read "stuff" we can't be sure if it is Android or iOS related......

Yes, apparently the latest DS update for Android gives us that possibility, but it's the update to the normal DS app, not the Country Picnic version. I haven't tried it myself yet though.
