Really? That's odd. It says 10 on text but the counter only reads 0/6. I only cooked six and got cleared to cook the next recipe. Btw, I'm on Android but I don't think the goals differ...?

It showed that when the goals were first released but it was then fixed when the food for free problem was fixed.

Buying any wallpaper counts for #1 The City of Love. I just bought all white wallpaper and it counts toward the goal. Not the floor tiles though.
