Can someone tell me please, I just need 3 more tickets to have it exchanged. Do I actually have to build it once it is claimed?
Do a search above for tinker camp. Surely there's a thread, probably Dabag's goal thread, that will help you out.

I've just built my Tinker camp now (one day after completing the Pink Alicorn quest). Making a big difference already as decided my priority is expansion and need loads of Lanterns.
Probably start collecting for the Chateau next.
