If you're on Android, they weren't released to us with yesterday's update. That usually means there'll be a Valentine's version on Google Play within a couple of days. Or wait until you get a goal on Monday and download and receive 6 gems in all the games you open the goal on.

It's called Bakery Story: Springtime, if you want to download it before you get the goal request to download for gems. Monday around noon/1pm PST is when I normally receive the goal. Hope this helps
