With my life becoming busy i'm finding it rather inconvenience and a hassle to visit neighbors every single day to tip and gift but i try my best when i can have the time. So with that said i am looking for some low maintenance neighbors .

Here is what kind of player i am. I mostly do material requests . I don't really care much for tipping and gifting anymore. But when i do have time ( weekends only and when i can ) i will tip and gift. If there is some material parts you need right away i will respond to them. I am a laid back type of neighbor because we all have lives and i want this game to be enjoyable on my time. I do mostly gift cappuccinos in masses because it's easier and less time consuming. star ratings don't matter to me.

I am at level 77 so i prefer new neighbors at level 60 and up.
