Yes, they knew the town near you. They live about 20 miles outside of Pittsburgh and it starts with the letter L. I can't remember the name of the town but if you said it I'd know it.

Will no longer be using my account sourlicorice5. I give up trying to get help from TL as I think they are confused by what I'm trying to get help with :-(

It's like you go to a cafe and ask for caffeine free tea because you can't drink anything with tea and the server brings you coffee. And you tell them politely again that you need tea. And they bring you a nice big slice of chocolate mocha cake and a cappuccino.
And you try again and ask for herbal tea and you get a big mochaccino!

Been there. It's because of a lack of listening (reading) s****s. Or maybe there is a robot or something doing customer service. It is ridiculous. And there isn't anyone to complain to about it either. Haha.


So the nails. Hmm...interesting. I don't do my finger nails. How do you get it off?
