You are at your limit of royal buildings, so remove some walls or spires or towers etc.

Putting them into storage doesn't work. You have to sell them. So pick a tower or another inexpensive royal item, that you have not upgraded, and sell it. That will reduce your total amount of royal buildings.Originally Posted by omfgruk
