PLEASE HELP ADMIN/MOD!!! Pink Diamonds disappearing!

Hey,
Can anyone give me an idea as to why twice my pink diamonds
Have disappeared on me. Earlier in the week I randomly lost 6 then jut a second
ago I completed a challenge, unlocked 2 more keys to open the Chest.
I gain 10 diamonds putting me up to 22 so I go to buy more lives for 17 and BAM I'm down to 12 again....
Is there somethin I'm missing here? Or a common issue ppl are experiencing?
