loading is terrible

It took forever for my pet shop to load and I had to shut down my kindle 2 times to get it to work then when I finally got it to work my neighbrs and coumnity was loading and never completly loaded then it said pet shop story is not responed all little help plz

Please try turning off your Wifi setting and turning it on again. Try connecting to different Wifi connection too.

You can also try force closing your game, restarting your device, and also reinstalling the game. Reinstalling the game will not cause you to lose progress.
