My story games keep crashing

Has anybody else got this problem??

Recently on my ipad, the story games just quit suddenly without any signs. Started with farm story and now castle story. It's unbearable to play now.....need to restart couple times just to build something..

Which iPad do you play on?

Have you checked to see if you can update the software for your iPad?

If playing on wifi, go to settings and turn you wifi off, then turn it back on again.

In addition to what is suggested above, please try closing out other apps running in the background next time you experience this to free up more resources on your device for this game. Also, try letting everything load on your account first before you start playing. Hope this helps.

I am on ipad2, and been playing castle stories on and off for long time, never had problem before.

I tried all your suggestions, there is no update for it in App Store. However, first time I tried to get in castle story today, it quit before I got to see my kingdom. I tried again and it crashed before used 5 energies.....very frustrating

I am having same issue I have tried everything including a new install although I was on most updated version crashes for no reason on iPad 2 have plenty of memory

I'm playing latest version on iPad 2, play daily (yes I'm addicted .. Heheh), and not having any issues whatsoever so defo not a game issue.

@boxesj - Hi! you may just have a memory leak issue on your iPad which is why 2 x games are crashing. You should be able to fix this by completely powering off your iPad then power it back on. Launch the game and see how it goes.
Monstermash1 please also give that a go.

I am having the same problem since a few days. Especially when I am visiting my neighbors... No fun now!
I will try to totally close my Ipad (2) and restart. Let u know what happened.

Try going under settings-Safari - and clear out cookies and Data, then restart your device.

I cleared cache and restarted and it seems working now!!!!! Yeah!!,
