got a new phone....have to start over??

Hey TL!
My son lost his phone and when we finally got a new one and when i downloaded the game i had to start from scratch like a new player.
Any chance there is a remedy for that? His kingdom name was "catinapigsuit". While I love the game and have been at level 30 for months it is thereby fun in a way for me to start over but i had purchased gems for him and he was at a level in the teens and I hate to lose the $ spent on his game. Please let me know if there is a way to reset based on his kingdom name, I will have to try to remember his user ID if needed, I dont off hand.

If you have a password, you can log into your old account through Restaurant story. Here's a link to instructions:

Include everything you can about your old game & account so they can transfer the right game for you.

That happened to me, I had to start all over again, I just wish I could bring all my valentine stuff to my new one though
