Purchased gems and did not receive them.
I've now made a gem purchase twice, and have not received my gems. I put in a ticket on Thursday with TL for the first purchase and have had no response, save the canned one, saying they're extremely busy. I made the mistake of trying to purchase again tonight, and again, got nothing! I would expect a better response time than this! If there are that many issues, pls hire enough customer support staff to deal with it!
