Scene Not Downloading?

Hello!

I just started playing episode six, 'Dressed to ****' however, the first scene has been stuck downloading for a couple of days.
Initially, I shut down and then restarted my iPhone which resulted in the game losing all my progress and taking me back to the tutorial. Somehow, the data was restored and I was back where I was supposed to be. However, the first scene is still stuck. It still says 'downloading' and will not let me play.

Does anyone know how this can be solved? I don't want to lose my current progress as I have spent money on gems and so forth.
