Just wondering if there is an easy way to change my bakery story from my ipad 1 to mynew iphone 5c. Just worried because i cant do any more ios updates on my ipad 1. It eventually wont update my bakery as i have found out with home design.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
You can also try to recover your games (if you had a password set up)
