How long would it take to stock 50 counters and be able to leave it for a few months? I want to have steady income and not have to close shop or play every single day. Does anyone know how long it will take to stock this much starting at zero? I want to have about 150 000 on each one. Thanks!

Just get each recipe on the main oven to level 4 and you'll have enough food for a year probably. I still can't get rid of food from two years ago, the sales in bakery and fashion are really really slow.

well it depends on how often you want to play, just choose the highest level dish with a reasonable time to completion and see. it sells 43k per day.
and you may decrease the number of counters to make it easier.

sometimes I collect food gifts for months on end, I end up having thousands and thousands plates of chocolate cake. Keep collecting food

it only collects up to 32k plates which isn't very much..
