Can you check your connection and device? Do make sure you have a strong connection and plenty of memory and space on your device to run the game. Try the suggestions in https://forums.storm8.com/showthread...=1#post1301035

The connection is OK and I have memory. Reinsttal two times and now it is worse. I can' t see the most of the buildings.

I' ve tried all, and the result is this. I'm with Android 5.1.1, and the version of the game is. 2 1.7.3.15g. I really don' t want to lost my farm.

I'm afraid you have to check your device and/or connection further because they are the factors that prevent the graphics from appearing on your game board. Try the suggestions in the link above. Restart your device, power off/on your modem, router etc mentioned in the link or try a different network. Check your device again if it's not your connections. I'm not sure what device you are using but older devices may have difficulties than newer devices etc.
