You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature
New Logon on Feature
If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

Does this apply to Castle Story? I play it on my ipad, but would love to be able to play on the same account on my iPhone as well for when I'm out and about. I downloaded Castle Story to my iPhone and followed the instructions from the link you referred to, but there is no option to log on with a current Storm id. There's only the option to create a new one (which I did not do.)
Am I missing something? Or is this feature only enabled for Restaurant Story and not Castle Story?
You will need to do the login from the restaurant game. If you do not have the game, download it from the app store.
When you login, all the games under your storm ID and password will move over too.
It is really cool. I do not have to carry my Ipad and Ipod to work everyday to play my back up games!
