I got an ipad that was once used by someone else and I cant change the stormid on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can send an email to support@teamlava.com and let them know to see if they will remove the storm ID from the iPad.

Send an email to support@teamlava.com and tell them that you now have a used Ipad but the old owners storm ID is still there. Ask them if they will removed it so you can download your own games.
